Here’s what you need:
Fresh mint leaves
A bag of black tea
First you have to make your concentrated ginger tea. You slice the ginger root pretty thin, about 1/4-inch slices, and boil the slices at least 30 minutes in a big pot of water. The more ginger root you boil, the stronger the concentrate. The longer you boil it, the stronger the concentrate.
You strain it and put it in a pitcher in the refrigerator for your future pleasures.
Now put some fresh mint leaves in your tea strainer and make some mint tea. Toss a black tea bag in there, as well.
Now, mix it up: your mint tea combo, along with the ginger root concentrate and a little stevia for sweetening. Toss in a few ice cubes.
